Commissions

Shipping info: Commissions are shipped via USPS with protection in a bubble mailer. A full, accurate address (including name) must be provided. Please make sure your Paypal address is correct! Shipping charge is added onto commission at time of invoicing.🇺🇸 US shipping starts at $6.
🌎 International shipping varies by country, feel free to ask for a quote! Be aware you may be responsible for a tariff fee.

Full Badge • $125

A fully rendered badge, done in copic markers & paint. Finished with scrapbook paper, glitter, and stickers. Can include a theme. Includes a digital sketch for approval and a base color WIP.
Finished product is laminated, badge punched, and shipped to you. You will also get the final photo & a HQ scan.

Mini Badge • $65

A sketchy badge, done in copic markers & paint - sketch lines may remain. Finished with scrapbook paper. Can include a small theme. Includes a sketch for approval.

Wing-It Slap • $50

A mixed media painting on a postal "slap" sticker, done wing-it style - does NOT include sketch approval. I can work with a theme, general vibe, or just surprise you!
Finished product is shipped to you and includes a backing board.

Card Painting • $50

A trading card sized (2.5" x 3.5") painting. Can be done on regular paper or a Pokemon energy card of your choice.
Finished product includes a sparkly card sleeve - can be laminated & badge punched instead for no additional charge.

Scratch Badge • $35

A small badge done on nostalgic "rainbow scratch" paper. Complex markings/characters may need to be simplified.
Finished product is laminated, badge punched, and shipped to you.

Add-Ons

All badges can have small info blurbs written on the back (space permitting). This can include socials, pronouns, etc. Included in price

All pieces can have UV-reactive paint accents added for an additional +$5.

Terms of Service

Payment

  • Invoices: Commission invoices are sent through Paypal, though an alternate payment processor can be requested (Ko-fi, square). Prices are in USD. Holds/payment plans are taken on a case-by-case basis. Invoices MUST be paid within a reasonable amount of time - you will not be added to the queue until payment is made!

  • Refunds: Full refunds are only given if no work has started. Partial refunds will depend on how far along the art has progressed - i.e. if the sketch can be reused for a different commission.

Process

  • Queue: My queue is public, which you can find here. It is kept updated and I may not work in order. Feel free to ask me about progress on your commission at any time!

  • Sketch: Unless noted, commissions include a sketch for approval. Please request major changes during this step, that's what its here for! I reserve the right to re-use rejected sketches on a different commission.

  • Flat color: Full badges include a flat color approval step. Request any marking/color changes during this step, as they are difficult to change any further along!

Traditional Art

  • An accurate reference sheet is extremely important. Changes are difficult or impossible to make on traditional artwork once the process has started. If anything is unclear / not on your reference sheet, and you did not point this out, I do not take responsibility for the error. I will fix it to the best of my ability but there is no undo button with traditional art!

Shipping

  • U.S. shipping is +$6, added at the time of invoicing.

  • International shipping varies and can be expensive. Feel free to ask for a quote. Be aware you may be responsible for a tariff/import fee.
